Coffee is meant to be drunk from a heavy ceramic mug.
It should be natural Coffee, no additional stuff added to it.
Black and strong enough to float a horse shoe.

The maroon mystery car is a Dusenberg.
The car listed as a Duesenberg looks more like a L29 Cord.

Darn, that dog is ugly. Way back in 1969 my gunner adopted a dog just like this one. He turned out to be a great companion and loved living on the tank. He rode inside or on top of the turret without concern.
I learned that ugly dogs are the most beautiful.

Sorry Curmudgeon, when Studebaker stopped US production in Dec. 1963 they continued to make 2 and 4 door sedans and the wagon in Hamilton Ontario. The Hawk was discontinued along with the Avanti.
A group of Studebaker people bought the Avanti rights, dies and parts along with a portion of the South Bend plant and had new Avanti's available for 1967.
There's a 4 door model as well as the convertible produced in the late 1980's. Both in very low numbers.

This weekend is Seattle Harbor days and the Blue Angeles will be performing.

The B61 Mack (1953-1963) and its numbered variations were tough and durable. Though not so comfortable.
They were replaced by the R model that stayed in production just shy of 40 years.
Comfort was improved but at the end of the day you knew had put in a days work.

I was in the Mang Yang tasked keeping the road open (QL19). We didn't find out about this until sometime in August. Just another day that ended with Y.
