Funny how after all my years of shooting sports it takes a game or two for everything to fall into place. Great shots I like the 1st one the best on the download you can read the tattoo on the ball carriers arm.
keep up the great work.

These are great photos.
I shot sports for 13 plus years while my kids played soccer, basketball and baseball. Thank God for auto ISO for cloudy days. Was it hard to get permission to be in the sidelines?
I talked to the principal and my grandson is the QB good to go.
Thanks for looking
It felt good to get back out and get the season started.
All shot with Nikon D850 auto ISO & White Balance.
Please feel free to comment as I'm always looking to improve.
Thank you for looking.

Epic composition! Number 2 cuts to his left with all the finesses of an airborne ballerina...
Simply breathtaking...
Thank you for sharing Richard...
I truly appreciate your braving the frigid weather to bring us a window into winter collegiate football...
All the best on our photographic journey Richard.

These are all superb Richard. Filled the frame nicely. Did you post-process ? Sharpen ? Denoise ? Thanks.Paul
Just a little in photoshop no Topaz. I had to pump up the color saturation on the team in purple or they look blue. Not much else.
Thanks for looking Paul Happy Thanksgiving to you.

After the regular season ended I took A break. I shot the Division 2 semifinal game between Warren De La Salle & Birmingham Groves this past Saturday 35 - 0 halftime for the defending champs De La Salle. 1:00pm start so those of you out west or down south say that's great but here in Michigan the temps are in the mid 20's and with the wind it feels like the mid to lower teens. I made it to the start of the 4th and then waved the white flag and called it a season.
Thanks for looking any comments are welcome and please point out anything you like or dislike I welcome all critiques.
All shot with a D850, Auto ISO & WB

Volleyball season winding down - one more game. But, shot these last night with my Z9 fit with a 70-200 f2.8 S. Shot at 1/1600, ISO 5000 wide open.
It was Senior Night as the team celebrated the three seniors. A bit of an emotional event for them. It was nice they swept the match 3-0. It doesn't always work out that way. I am very thankful for the access I have as it lets me get some close up candids. The ladies were having some fun dancing to the pregame music!

Good job, to nitpick I"d level the horizons and tone down the saturation in the 1st. Just my 2 cent opinion.
