Hockey is a challenge and you are up to it # 2 is my favorite.

Thank you! I'm going to have to pull out another lens the next game and shoot through the glass. I miss the ice level shots. This rink was updated about 10 years ago and some nice LEDs were put in. Don't get me wrong it's not as well lit as a professional rink but it definitely makes a difference.

Wow! Stellar collection of epic pivotal moments...
Especially your second image!
I had no idea that Hockey players could go "en pointe" albeit not quite with finesse of a ballerina.
Or was this a Black Belt Round Kick (Mawashi Geri) aimed at the Goaltender/Goalie's head! Surreal!
Thinking that you're choice of sports paradigms is a perfect match for a sports shooter located in North Dakota.
You are a brave and dedicated soul to shoot a genre where the ball (i.e. puck) reaches speeds of over 100mph.
I get dizzy simply trying to follow the game action, the thought of tracking play behind the lens at this super charged velocity is for the highly skilled indeed. Kudos are in order
Absolutely amazing color harmonies latent within...
Thank you so much for sharing this thrilling event!

Very nice shots. I have never shot hockey but can appreciate the hard work that is involved.

Thank you sir! Although it's not as hard as it sounds. Especially, like with all sports, the more familiar you are with a team or player the easier it is to anticipate what going to happen.
