I have to cast my vote for 'Meguiar's products. Four or five years ago I tossed all the car care products that I had on hand and changed to the Meguiar's line (I swear I had a Blue Coral Treatment from the 60s) ... I currently use the 'Ultimate' line which includes a compound, a polish, and a wax ... I use a DA buffer (tip: go with a five inch not six inch) with these and have had good results following Meguiar's online guides ... 'Meguiar's UK' also has good information ...
I use Meguiar's for everything - tires, black trim, etc., etc., ... but, I'm still hang on to 'Mother's VLR' ...
