How do you take such good moon photos,,This is all i can get...some one pleaase help me...

the only reason i got a clear shot was cause i used a 500mm lens! in thanks to my wonderful grandfather. i have tried other lens but could never get close enough for detail. but yours really isnt bad! i put my camera on a tripod and a 2second timer so i would not shake it when i took it.

He has passed away now(this past January) but he would tell us they were always fighting for toys, cloths, food, etc. There is only 1 of them left now sadly. But he said it was nice having so much family around, always someone to go to for help! Thank you for sharing your pictures as well!

I really like the first one. Its hard to get pictures perfect in the sepia tone(if thats what it is!) the clouds look scary and add the to oldness of the barn. the shadow tone of everything looks great as well!! nicely done=]

I have been doing streches like the doctor told me, i go to therapy 2 times a week and i will admit it has helped but only to a certain extent i went from a pain of 10 to a pain of 6(on good days) I had to have a TENS unit becasue of terrible muscle spasms that were happening. I work constantly and do not have time to lay around being "high" on pain killers. I like having a clear mind and the doctor has tried his best to give me medication that will work with me. He just put me on Celebrex, i start it today! So im hoping it will help! I have been trying to swim a little bit and am going to try some of the suggestions i have seen on here! You guys have all been such great help!!=]

Forbescat: I might try that it could help reduce something that might change the inflamation maybe! Sitting down is something hard to avoid while I work since I am a lifeguard I end up having to get off stand and walk around! I try to keep moving but thank you!

Dirtpusher: I definately do not drink so that would not be a problem but it is definatly worth a try! I am in pain everyday, work two jobs and go to school so I have a constant busy schedule. I am willing to do anything to relieve it even in the slightest! Thank you!

Bobgattshall: I have actually tried that, someone I work with has one in our back room. He has been letting me use it for the past week and it helps take the pressure off my spine alot!!

Thank you all for your help=]
