Good shooting. It makes me start to think I may travel to AZ rather than Fl next year. Methinks it’s about time for a change

As they say “These are the days of shrinkflation”
Shrink the size of the content and packaging but add more to the price.

There's some room for improvement there, but not a lot. Ibis could help, for sure, but mostly I think you will improve with just getting out there and taking pictures.

Thank you Moonhawk for the input. That is pretty much my feeling at this point. I will try and rent one first but, like you, IBIS would be an improvement as my lenses are heavier and my hands are starting to shake. Time will tell.
Everyone had some great ideas and I appreciate each one.

My Dell computer says it is not compatible with or acceptable to upgrade to window 11. It says my cpu processor is outdated and that something is wrong with the tps
Wondering can I update it for Win 11 or do I need to do something more Will it also accept my old word and excel programs

A few of you messaged me and asked me to post a few pics in order to see why I was contemplating the OM1 system.
Here are a few of my recent ones And you can see why.

I appreciate each one of your comments and each one bears relevance and consideration.
In addition I might add that I was not looking for a consensus but rather your perspectives on something I am only thinking of doing. Each of you brought out good points. I thank you for each of them
I’ll keep you posted on my decision. I will try one if the local camera shop permits me.

Save your money and buy a Nikon 200~500mm f/5.6! Good used ones can be had for around $750. Nothing wrong with a Nikon 7100 and you won't need to do a lot of cropping. You will have 750mm equivalent.

Sorry CPO …. My Sigma lens is a 150-600 NOT the 300 I mistyped
Thanks for the input Any other advice.

Currently I possess a Nikon 7100 with Nikon lens of 18-140 and 55-300 plus a Sigma 150-300 and enjoy it. I shoot mainly wildlife and landscapes
I am however ThINKING of purchasing a OM 1 or a Mark ll but it seems like no one can tell me the difference between the 2 systems. I like the clarity/sharpness of the OM system and know I’ll need a new lens but nothing more. Is it worth a change?
HELP!!

Jack…. I like your shots and understand what you mean. I not only take part in shows but also take pics. It is a challenge at times. You may also want to chat with Ktjohnson from UHH on his techniques as he posts a number of cars and car shows on the forum
