I use PSE 9 and would like to make the text appear to float above the pic when I make a meme. Any suggestions?

It is not about religion at all. Ppl like Gov Newsom (and 49 other governors) know full well California or any other state can legalize a******n any way, any day they wish.
Two Obvious Questions:
1. If Roe v Wade goes away, will there be fewer a******ns in California? Of course not. Californians can enact wh**ever laws they wish. If anything, there will be more a******ns there as it will become a magnet state for them. Just think! A******n in the morning and Disneyland in the afternoon ! Think of the revenue it will generate!
Everybody in Congress knows this -- especially Nancy P. and the California delegation. They just want something to stir people up about. Maybe there is a way to tax it?
2. Does anybody anywhere think Newsom, et.al. is worried about some girl in Bismarck North Dakota who might have to travel to Rapid City South Dakota to terminate a pregnancy? Of course not! But it sure makes good fodder as the prevailing DC political party tries to sweep everything else under the rug until after the e******ns.
It must be pretty crowded hiding there with H****r's laptop, Hillary's Russian novel and Al Gore who really won the presidency against G.W. Bush. I hope they are all wearing face masks -- not for protection, but to conceal their identities.
BTW what book of God's word mandates the SCOTUS is supposed to have a liberal majority? Ever notice how all is well until the libs can't have their own way?

I was a religious volunteer in the state prison for several years and stay in touch with a few long-term residents. This verse works for everyone. I often include 4x6 prints of this or similar meme/prints when write the men. Works as a good scripture bookmark and a reminder of good things to come ... for which we can all be grateful.
