Hi Jules,
Thank You, Hope all is well with You. I saw your work, and as always most excellent.
I have not posted in awhile due to on going Health issues, terrible back, I don't get out as often as I wish.
I am sorry I neglected settings. The Baseball was with Nikon 70-200mm, Aperture wide open f2.8, shutter was 1/800 sec., iso 6,400.
Basketball with the Nikon 85mm f1.8 Aperture f2.8, shutter was 1/1000, iso was 5,000.
Take care.
Tom

Tom,
I really don't know how one could improve on these most Awesome Photos.
I live in New Port Richey, about 7 miles from Tarpon Springs, Fla. Know Your home town area well.
We had a snap of cold weather around 30 degrees a couple of Mornings, as You know cold for us.
Take care.

Jules,
Super Work, Love the Photos.
Max Prep's pick the right Guy to shoot this game for them.
Merry Christmas,
Be well, Be Safe, Be Blessed.
Tom
I try to take photos for several reasons:
I love the Hobby, I enjoy learning, I like the feelings when I capture what I think is a good photo.
I take photos for My Family, and friends to enjoy. I take photos to record memories.
I am not a Professional, I don't shoot for Max Prep's, etc. I admire those that do, and have honed their skills to that level of Photography.
Every photo I post on the Hog is for fun, and is open for critique....I would never learn nor have learned what little I know without those on the Hog caring enough to view them, and make comments.
My feelings will never get hurt from someone comments good/bad or indifference of a photo I post.
It is a wonderful Hobby to me...
"An Image taken today will be 10,000 memories to someone in the future"
Merry Christmas, and Blessed Holidays to everyone.
Be well, Be Blessed, Be Safe.

fstoprookie,
Sir, I beg to differ with You on Color Balance.
The kids have two different Colored Basketballs @ Our Local High School. The one used in play is more "Orange" than the traditional Basketball.
If You notice the last photo of the Team You will see the traditional Basketball Color...And all photos were taken with the same Color Balance as noted in My original post.
Thank You for viewing, and Your observation.
Tom
