Aw ! bless ,your story touched our hearts as we lost the red boy Kai ( top photo here ) at just 9 months and it was just heartbreaking,i know you had all those years and it is a great run above the average you rightly quote as 7, we have lost quite a few at that age,it still must have made your lives seem SO empty without him after all that time,our thoughts are with you as we know how it makes you feel!. dont know if i,m correct or not by saying this,but do not some photographers,intentionally crop at faces , to perposely show only parts of it and this is ok as long as rules of thirds etc are followed? Graham

go into A setting on top dial, and make sure the f number is a low as it will go ,probably f2.8 and you should get a blurred backdround,let me know. Graham
