I love #1, it is beautiful!
Thank you for the feedback! I have had the camera for 4 years but have only recently decided to learn how to really use it. I might have to go back to venice and try again!! :)
Hi, I took this picture in Venice last fall and love how the light is shimmering like stars. I had photoshopped the sun spot and the crane out of the picture and was pleased with the results until I printed an 8x10. It was very grainy. Unfortunatey, I had to replace my hardrive so I don't have the final image, just the RAW and JPEG.
I am new to photography and editing but I am loving it and want to learn as much as possible. Any help would be appreciated.
I have a Canon EOS Rebel XT. This was shot TV 1/1000 f22 ISO 800, focal length 217. Size is 3456 x2304.

I was playing with number 3 in photoshop and for some reason it appealed to me, although it may just be because I like how the kids are walking

I am just discovering my love for my camera. I have a Canon Rebel and have been reading everything I can about digital photography which is how I found this forum. I look forward to my newsletter every morning!
My favorite subjects so far are people, flowers, the sea and sky. I mostly try to catch my subjects off quard instead of posed.
