I tried that. The two lower leg bands go to the viewers left stick and the two shoulder bands go to the viewers right stick. So he should go through, irrespective of lower-upper band inversion which would not block but would put a spon on Donnie.

Many States have substantially copied from earlier States. So procedures across the several States are generally similar. The Constitution governs who may and may not v**e and that is where Federal powers end. So how absentee b****ts will be handled differently. If a mail-in b****t is postmarked on or before e******n day must it counted if delivered after e******n day. Some say yes, others say no. Who is right and why.

What criteria do you use in determining a v**e is ‘illegal?’ My criteria would be ‘who cast the v**e was ineligible to v**e’ (underage, noncitizen ). But once the b****t into the b****t box how can you know.

It forbids anything and everything related to nuclear weapons, including their development and possession. It also obligates countries that join it to provide support to the victims of nuclear weapons testing and use, and to undertake environmental cleanup.
But to enter into legal force, the treaty needed more than just a v**e at the United Nations; it needed ratification by at least 50 countries. It achieved that mark on October 24, after Jamaica, Nauru, and Honduras deposited the 48th, 49th, and 50th ratifications in rapid succession over the course of several days. Accordingly, the treaty will become official international law 90 days hence, on January 22, 2021.
