In case you forgot, it's an hour earlier than it would be if it weren't for the time change.
Can we please just get rid of this time change crap? God made each day 24 hours long, and even the politicians can't change that. All they ever do is screw things up anyway.

I had forgotten the time change was today, but my TV cable box remembered, along with my computers. So I just have to change two clocks, my watch, and my microwave.

I have a couple of those atomic clocks, but they can take several days to get caught up. Wow! One of them is caught up already!

Don’t forget the clocks in your car
DST is the work of evil doers in my opinion. When I was a kid, Indiana was on Central Standard Time, then came DST, then we were moved to EST with DST--that’s two hours difference from then. The weak excuse for the change was so that businesses would know what time it was in New York. I remember a businessman in Indianapolis saying that a ten dollar clock labeled “New York” would have solved the problem, but the legislature didn’t listen, of course. I have always felt that the real reason for DST was so lawyers and legislators could play golf later into the evening. At least today’s change is a small step in the right direction.
Arizona and Hawaii seem to be the only sane states.
There, that’s my rant for the day. I feel better now.

Don't forget the time stamp in your camera.

Phones, cable boxes, computers and even the stove changed (unless my wife did it) so I reset my wristwatch and the microwave.
I will probably ignore the car as I shouldn't be looking at the time on the radio anyway - EYES ON THE ROAD!!! And the radio tells me what time it is every so often since my wife always sets it to the News/Weather/Traffic station and I play music CD's and DVD's on it - the time doesn't show when those are turned on so who cares what time the car radio thinks it is. Oh, wait, the new car changes all by itself the first time you turn on the radio - well you don't even have to turn the radio on, the factory installed unit is integrated with the dashboard display. Just start the car.

Oh shi!!!!!! Why did you have to remind me? Do you know how many cameras, camcorders etc I will have to change?
4 dslr's, 2 bridge cameras, 1 camcorder, 1 small pocket zoom and somewhere my wife still has her little pocket zoom and my old one may be on the misc photo gear shelf buried in the corner. But those two probably have dead batteries since I haven't seen either for a few years.
Come to think of it I don't remember changing them 6 months ago, they may all be OK now.
It gives kids daylight in the morning when they need it to catch the early bus.

I never change my cameras. I can't think of any reason the time on my photos being off by an hour would cause any problems.

Set all your cameras to GMT. Problem solved.

What's an hour between a man and his camera?
Works if you always know it's EST (or EDT of you prefer).
OR, one can set it for GMT.
OR, never pay attention to it, film never had it.
Odds are, people won't ask what time an image was taken.
What happens if one lives at the Eastern or Western edge of the time zone?
Kinda would look like the Western or Eastern edge of the adjacent zone, eh?
