I too have purchased many items on Ebay and the few times I was dissatisfied I had no problem getting a refund or replacement either from the Seller or Ebay
I was given a box of eyeglass lens cleaner. Each wrapped in an individual package. They feel a little moist but not excessive. Is this a No No for camera lens cleaning?

Sure are a bunch of comedians on the forum today. Obvious it was a typo, so move! I would suggest that you go to a camera shop and explore your options and get the one that best suits your needs, pocket book and comfort zone. Both are excellent cameras and you should be happy with either choice.
I looked at the site www.engoen.com and I think it could be a scam of sorts. Their prices are unbelievably low on all of their products. I added an item to the basket and went to checkout. They do not accept PayPal and only Western Union, Cash or Money Order. Got out of there real quick. Perhaps I did something wrong in my checkout lane.
