A good example what happens when you try to run a country on emotions instead of law.

Interesting...but I have always had trouble with time travel as it is presented generally.
Time is also linked to space. Usually never accounted for or discussed.
The planet is moving in 5 directions at once...in a hurry...4/5ths of the planet is water...and if you land just a bit off...you will either drown...be entombed in bedrock...or float in space...missing the planet entirely.
Not to mention that time as we record it, is in flux...for example... days are getting longer (24 hours now)...used to be much shorter...by hours.

Even going back a day would be problematic.

You could be correct, however for me it's a more acceptable answer than aliens from outer space.

I'm more inclined to accept time travelers from the future rather than alien life from other planets.
As for traveling the great distances. I am reasonably sure gravity is faster than light.
There are stray gravitational pulses moving through space.
If and I say if we could locate one we should be able to ride it like a surfboard and traveling the great distances wouldn't be a problem. I was never a big fan of Stephen Hawkins. He had a great mind however I see a few flaws in his logic. Especially his thoughts on black holes. There is my two cents.

I have a PDF, a photo book I created, that I would like to share. The problem I keep running in to is that the file size, 59.9MB is too large for either my email, AOL, or Dropbox to accept. Is there any way that I can break the PDF into smaller pieces?

I use we transfer.com. I've sent files over 100MB. You upload the file and they email a link to whoever you chose and they can download your file.

I've had my tires chalked many times when a neighbor complains that you didn't move your car for two days. What I do when I see a chalk mark on my tire is I go out with a piece of chalk and put 10 or 15 marks the whole way around the tire. I've never gotten a ticket after I did that. You need to have yellow chalk. In recent years the police have been using a yellow marking crayon in my town. That doesn't wash off easily.

The Amish in most places are now permitted to drive. I recently bought a horse from an Ohio Amish family, and the entire family brought him on the delivery drive. It was around 250 miles, and the furthest any of them had ever been from home. A twenty year old son drove - neither father nor mother knew how. Another son, 15 yrs old, knew how to drive, but was too young to drive on the highway.

We put them up for the night, but all the children (5) camped out in front of the large screen TV for hours - they had never before seen a TV. Although we spaced them out in four bedrooms, the three youngest (5 yrs to 11)spent the night in the parents' room, concerned by the strangeness of a different bedroom from home.

Years ago, when I still worked summers as a commercial pilot, I delivered a freight load to Lancaster Pennsylvania. I ran across several autos with bumpers and all the other chrome painted black. I was told the drivers were Amish who had learned to drive when drafted into the military (WW-II), and the local bishop had forbidden them to drive any vehicle with bright and shiny stuff.

There's lots more to their story, much of it unhappy....

I think the Sect that paint their bumpers black are Susquehanna River Brethren and not Amish.

I think young teens are given some time to interact with the world. Then they have to make a decision whether they want to remain Amish or leave and become of the world. I know when I was 19 there was an Amish boy who had a 1969 Dodge super bee. He would park it in a lot near my home. On Friday and Saturday night he would go there in his buggy change his clothes and off he would go in the super bee. After midnight he would return, change and leave in his buggy.
One Friday evening I was in Paradise, Pa. getting gas for my car. An Amish buggy pulled up with two young teen Amish couples in they went into the gas station restrooms, changed their clothes and then left in a blue Camaro. The girls changed into colored blouses and short skirts. I'm not sure it was allowed or they just sneak around.

Yes, you need an adapter on an A77. They are only a few bucks, however it will be manual focus only.

So I can go onto the property (unarmed) to retrieve a hunting dog. How about a regular old pet? A child? A Wife?

I can picture the hunter dropping his gun to go onto the property and having the gun discharge killing the dog and making the trespass unnecessary.

You should call the Pennsylvania Game Commission Headquarters at (717) 787-4250 and inquire in case your pet, child, or wife gets lost on private property.

This is from 21-22 PA's Game Digest on page 17.

A new law allows the use of purple paint on trees or posts as a lawful posting method
on private property in all but Allegheny and Philadelphia counties.

Thanks to all of you for looking & for your comments.

Some of you think this is a 54. It is NOT! Tail-lights yes. However, look at the front grill, what you can see of it. Notice, below the headlight & just above the bumper, there is a small plate attached to the grill with horizontal lines. That was on 53s only. Also barely visible on the front grill are the large, round parking lights, also 53 only.

And just so you know, although I did take quite a few pictures down on one knee at this car show ... I was hurting the next day.
Thanks to all of you for looking & for your co... (show quote)

I agree, it would be nice if you posted a front view picture. Apparently then someone changed the tail lights at some point.
