went to pp some pictures and LR 6 will not open "Develop" screen only shows blue screen with a rectanular "X" OK, what did i do?what can i do. next post i will use more upper case, lazy today and frustrated...

Helen from Adorama and Kim from Sigma really stepped up to the Plate. In Short, I needed a lens by the end of April for my son's wedding (no, i just took grab shots for my pleasure. His Photographers were INBELIEVEABLE!!) Helen managed to have the Lens delivered in time for my trip and all was well. I noticed that that the lens I purchased had a rebate for May, I thought, "Oh well!". in June I was I called Sigma on another matter and i mentioned the rebate and my bad timing. Sigma told me to have Adorama contact them to see if something could be done (we are talking about one day). Wow! Adorama is crediting my card fro the rebate.
I have to ad that back in 2006, I purchased a used "Minolta Beer Can" and the salesman convinced me to buy a slightly more expensive used one instead of the one i was eyeing. Tack sharp and smooth operating. I was very pleased he took the time to help me make the right choice.
