This is off topic. I believe the discussion was about Homeland Security and its declaration that Christians are dangerous.

However, someone (homosexual?) always feels it necessary to bring up Christianity and homosexuality. According to Christian beliefs homosexuals are an abomination and it is a sin for a man to lie down with another man. It is an abomination against Nature. Nature doesn't allow this union to multiply, so that it will eradicate itself because it is "abnormal."

Christianity isn't the only religion that believes homosexuality is wrong. I believe you are referring to Islam instead...it teaches that homosexuality is wrong and homosexuals are to be put to death.

As far as Homeland Security, this is the beginning of legalized "persecution of Christians" in this country. They want to eliminate religion, break down the family, and to encourage immorality. Everything is about making "people property of the State" and loyal only to government.

If they can destroy all other loyalties, beliefs or ties to family, there will be nothing left but to worship at the alter of an all powerful government. GOD is to be replaced by government which will provide all that is necessary for the "good little worshippers."

This description of what American Christians are like is missing something: mention of the fact that there are quite a few sects out that that are extremely dogmatic. Either you do or believe things their way, or they really degenerate into hate groups. Next time you look at one of these groups, stand back, get a little distance from them, and ask yourself if the content of their dogma doesn't include considerable hate and condescension, all under the rubric of "Feeling sorry for non-believers."
