I've got an ET-7700 that I have been trying to resurrect (Nozzle Cleaning / Power Cleaning) to provide (just) acceptable prints. I thought I was having some luck...but after a couple decent prints it reverted back to ink spray and color problems. Frustrating...

I've been contemplating trading up to an Epson ET-8550. All I read indicates it should be a much stronger photo printer. Does anyone have any experience to share?

Would hope to be able to get to a space where I don't feel like I am always fighting the printer.

Thx in advance.

Dump the Epson and get Canon. I have used nothing but Canon and never had any problems like I hear people talking about on here often. Right now I'm using a Canon MG6120, and I never use anything except Canon ink. It does cost a little more, but the printer always works like it is supposed to.

I carry a Walther PDP 9mm. It is a shame what the world has turned into, and the fact that people have to be prepared to protect yourself no matter where you are going or what ever you are doing.

Unsurprisingly, as Apple users, we have an Apple TV 4K "set top box." No complaints. It's a HUGE upgrade to our ten year old Samsung Smart TV. I get my YouTube and my wife gets her Netflix, Prime, BritBox, and other services. Once you get used to the remote, it's great. Whatever signal processing they do is FAR better than the TV ever did. The picture just pops, with better color, contrast, and far more detail.

How much does that apple tv and every thing cost you each month?

Love the name, Ernie. Looks like you picked the right one Granddad; I think everyone would like to have Ernie here on the Hog. Ernie, have a great life and send us more photos once in awhile.

I do a lot of things. I like a challenge.

When I get this new clothes dryer set up and working, I'll tell you about that.

I thought we heard about laundry room problems last week.??

I was saving this one for later, but reconsidered and decided now would be a good time.

Wow! What an amazing image. Maybe I would like to know how to do that.

"...you should be able..." Those famous words. Actually, I did just that. I went into the iPod through the computer and deleted all the Christmas music. Then I added the music that I wanted. When I looked on the iPod, nothing had changed.

Jerry, how do you get jammed up into so many problems? I'm just curious. It would drive me nuts.

Beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
I’m sorry you lost your soul mate. My wife and I are approaching 57 years together and I spend a lot of time reviewing our life together and trying to make whatever time we have left together as good as it cam be.

I'm happy for you and your Soul Mate being together for all this time. When Carol passed away from cancer and I would be at the cemetery working on keeping the grass and flowers clean I started noticing the couples that would be out walking in the evening. So many of them wouldn't be holding hands. I don't think that would happen with you and your Soul Mate or people who replied to this post here on the UHH. I hope everyone who still has their Mate always holds their hand when out walking. I would give anything just to hold her hand and hear her voice again. Glad you liked the music.

What a class act! I've seen that whole concert and it's magical. Here's a great performance that doesn't require 20 wildly gyrating dancers grabbing their crotches, light shows, smoke machines or lewd costumes to sell the product; just great singing and great music from a talented performer. Oh and notice there aren't hundreds of audience members holding up their smart phones blocking everyone's view (yeah, yeah I know; it's pre-phone days). Also interesting to see how respectful the audience is, at a free concert in the heart of New York City.

I haven't heard her music for years. When I ran across of it a couple days ago I could not stop listening to "Coming Around Again". On You Tube I like to Right" click on the pause button and then Left on it so that "Loop" is turned on, and then I can do what ever cleaning up in the house while it just keeps playing over and over. I can't get enough of "Coming Around Again". Glad you liked it. Have a great day.

PS: I too noticed how polite the audience was during her performance on April 2, 1995. That probably wouldn't have worked with what is going on in NYC now. What a shame.

Good for you and your Soulmate. We met on a blind date, and never spent a day apart for 38 years until She was called home.
