There are a couple of people on here that sound like they swallowed a dictionary AND an encyclopedia and are continually coughing them back up.

What a strange statement to make to one person. Of course you singled him out!!

The same consequences will apply to anyone who exhibits such long term disruptive, bullying, immature, never ending, vindictive behaviour

Then go on to threaten everybody on the forum that if they say anything you personally do not like, they will be excluded from the "clique." They already are excluded from your clique. That makes this nothing but idle threats. Who Cares!!!

The interesting part of that statement is that the bullying, immature, vindictive behavior is done by the "clique" toward anybody else (non members) who dare post in the Critique Section.

I was shocked by the absolute poor behavior by the "clique" towards Bobby Deal regarding his photo "Moxie." That was extremely bad. We all had an opportunity to learn something from that post. Instead it just cheapened the "clique" even more.

I feel like I am back in high school with the bullying and the name calling. Time to grow up!!! We are all supposed to be adults here. The wonderful part of this forum is the diversity of people, opinions, and creativity on here. Why are you trying to get everybody to conform to your narrow way of thinking? Photography is an art form and as such a portion of this is subjective (personal taste). Calling anybody's photo "crap" is shocking to see. Why do you think anybody should put themselves out there for that kind of treatment?

I try to look at them everyday. When it comes time to vote, I review the stand out photos. Looking at 200+ photos at one time is very time consuming.

Are either of you are able to discuss photography, artistic or otherwise? Casting gratuitous insults that clearly reflect your emotional state rather than anything about what you direct them at will never make your photography either better or artistic.

It absolutely will make what you say on other topics, as well as this one, less credible.

Until recently the people section has been an exceptionally pleasant place. It is very educational and people here treat each other with respect. Critiques are not rude nonsense ... Information is helpful to anybody that is interested in improving or learning. There is a good variety of artistic ability and interpretation of how to shoot and/or PP. With respect, if you do not like or agree with a post like this, please quietly hit the back arrow key. This is not fair to those of us who read threads like this to learn.

Seems us lowly studio photographers and others who photograph or enjoy photographs of something other than someone's grandkids are ruining Uhly Hedge Hog

Personally, I think this whole conversation is unfortunate. Every body has different tastes. If I don't care for a post, I hit the back arrow. We are all free to do that.

Where your posts are concerned, even IF the subject matter is not my personal taste I read the post. I know I will learn something. Overall your photos, critique and info are amazing. I feel bad that you have to put up with this nonsense and hope you will remain posting here as usual.

There is plenty of room on this site for the grandkids, grandparents, flowers, kitties, puppies, birds, the landscapes with no subject, AND studio photos. Maybe one of the biggest things we can learn from this is tolerance.

I wonder if the two children will ever miss the poverty or lack of opportunity they would have had in Chili??

Did you ever wonder how much better your children's lives would/could have been if they had been taken from you at birth?

I am sure that this is a very, very serious problem for you Frank. What are you going to do about it? Why don't you send a letter to the Pope and tell him that those babies born from unwed mothers should have been aborted, not adopted out. Isn't that one of the criteria's for abortion? No unwanted pregnancies by unwed mothers? Especially if the father is a priest.

Your attitude is the reason this happens and continues to happen. Did you miss that they gave anesthesia to some of them and then told the Mother that their baby died. The priest had fake funerals for the babies knowing that the baby was alive. Pretty sick. If you have ever lost a child you would know how devastating that is. Just because they were unwed does NOT mean they would have had an abortion.

The Catholic church should have left the priest in Chili to sink or swim on his own. Protecting him does not protect an unsuspecting public.

Not all priests are involved with trafficking babies or pedophiles, but the church protecting the bad priests makes them all look bad.

I will do my own printing. I have a large format Epson printer and I will print a variety of sizes.

Love both of those guys. But, Norton's ear is really, really cool. I like animals with oddities.

Everybody recognizes Norton from his little tattered ear and from the large white diamond on his back. He really is an amazing cat. He goes everywhere with my sister. He is at a racetrack this weekend.

Everyone is welcome to add their cat photos here.

She's pretty!

The first picture is my sister's cat, Norton. He was a dumped boy that she took in. They saved each others life. Without her, he would have died. She has since been diagnosed with cancer. He has been an amazing help in getting her through the chemo.

Getting him to sit on the cycle was a little bit of a challenge. Trains kept going by. We found that Norton is very scared of trains. The picture is going to be used as a fund raiser for a no kill shelter.

The second picture is one of my babies.
