The Photography CC Bundle has been well worth the price. Previously, shelling out $600 for Ps, and $300 for Lr, and about half that for each upgrade, was a lot to pay all in one chunk.
Software is licensed, not sold. Each version requires significant support resources. So companies consider older versions obsolete “abandonware.”
Moreover, when Apple or Microsoft upgrade their operating systems, they often break older software. Fewer and fewer developers are willing to patch older software to keep up with a new OS. month
It’s called SOFTware for a reason. It is changed with the time.

I am pissed off about our throw away society, I am using a 10 year laptop that originally had vista on it now runs Windows 10 cost me ($ 149.00 to up grade to windows 7 nothing for windows 10) $ 1.24 per month. Not what I use for PP
