October on the Teton's Moose Wilson Road eating berries. I goofed and neglected to get a pic of the location! The bear was actually on top of of huge berry bush about 20 feet off of the ground.

He was definitely watching, but I was shooting at 500mm and close to my car. As we were leaving, the rangers came in and moved the gathering spectators back even further.
People take a lot of chances. One of these days I'll dig out a few pics of a bison chasing a guy into a group of trees. The animal was snorting and his tail went up, but the guy persisted until chased.

Nice shot, have been on that road many times. The shot is of a brown black bear.
