Luci is working here at this Elephant and Dog Sanctuary. She says it is hard work as they have 400 dogs. She is in a bungalow with four other volunteers, three are English girls and the other girl is an American girl. She has her own bedroom and It is a vegetarian diet. Luci is pleased about that because she has put on a few pounds with sampling all the Asian, Australian and New Zealand food. Who can blame her for that? As you can see, with these first photographs she will enjoy the job, I'm certain of that, bless her
heart.

Took a drive down Janes Scenic Drive in the Fakahatchee Strand to see if any birds were out. It was a beautiful morning in the high 60's. I was met with this and was turned back. Great Egrets, Wood Storks, and White Ibis

What a problem to have.... good pictures. :D

Thanks rlaugh Glad you like them. My friend and I were flat on the floor taking pictures when the baby made a bee line for my friend and crept into her arms. I have added the pictures for you to see.

Incredibly sharp. The baby owl is just TOO cute. Love them all.

Thank you cameranut for looking and the thumb up. The baby owl was not very old and it was brought out to meet the public for a short while at a time as it was going to be kept and used in flying displays. :D

Hi I would be grateful for any help. I have been asked by a new training provider if I would let them put my orb pictures on their wall , ( I have some in frames) also they would like to buy digital images to print their own and I presume sell them. My query is what would be a fair price and do I retain copy write on them. As I have not been asked this before I would be very grateful for info from the people who have knowledge of this. Many thanks.

Detailed bird pictures is one of the many reasons I come to UHH. Yours are really great. I have never seen a buzzard (vulture) like yours; even our black vultures don't have a head and beak like you pictured. Could those birds be hawks, maybe red shoulder hawks? Love the owls.

Thank you Tpharm, glad you like my pictures, they are defiantly Common Buzzards. When you look at it your Robin is very different to our Robin. Its a good thing they are not all the same as it is nice to see other birds foreign to our native ones.
