We usd to finger this guy eating out of the deer trays we put out. Their were 4 of them but he was the only one who came for the food. We started putting out chicken parts for him and if we didn't get them out before he came he would come to the door and look for us.

Shot at a flea market. They were having civil war games and this gentleman came walking in the door, quick grab shot with Leica M8.

Many times when shooting in snow or bright sunlight and if my subject in shade I would simulate the light of my subject on my hand and read and lock setting, always worked for me.

Park Ave Camera is a tourist shop, not very big and loaded with cheap crap mostly, they do carry some hi end but not that much.

At the time I had just purchased a new Kodak Dcs Pro14n I used it with. Heavy camera and heavy lens. Got some great zoo shots with it as well as some sporting evnts. At $695 would have been a good purchase.

Sorry about that double hit. What was the price, I paid about $2000, when it first came out.

I had one awhile back, took some great shots with it but it was just to long and heavy. I would only reccomend it for tripod use only.

I dont know if this helps but I have been cleaning my B/W negs for the last 40 years with alcohol. Initially, take negs from sleeve, remove dust, if any with blower and then wipe with dust free pad and alcohol. To date no scratches and all negs still perfect.

Thanks. I have been suffering with those knee problems for 12 years now but I still managed to maintain my 10 acres around my house all those years, Spring cleaning, Summer maintenance, Fall leaf clean up, and I mean billions leaves, and snow removal all Winter, including my roof. This is probably some of the reason my implants dont last too long. After my fall a year and a half ago I can't maintain any more, so I have moved to apartment and am renting my home. I'm hoping if I get back on my feet to move back to it. I'm 78 now dont no if that will happen.

Had my left one replaced 2 years ago. Best decision I ever made ! They had me up and walking down the hospital halls the afternoon of the surgery. Great doctor and great rehab ! I was driving at two weeks out, 90% in 4 weeks, back to work at 5 weeks....Good Luck with your rehab!!

My first replacement came loose, just about a year to the day, 2nd one got infected, removed, also just about a year. They removed it put in spacer, had IV of antibiotics for almost 3 months before 3rd one put in. This last one has given me problems and pain ever since. I think its loose now and has been for awhile, but so much going on with my back, it's been put on back burner. I dont think anyone who needs the replacement should look at me as an example, mine was just a series of bad breaks.

Me too and sorry you had to go through that agony...hope it get fixed correctly and your torture ends!!

Thanks, I don't think it will get any better, apparently nerves destroyed due to all those surgeries. I've gotten 2nd opinions in which they have told me not to have any more surgeries, just have to live with pain.

Great shots, and by the way, I'm two months out of surgery for a right knee revision. Wore out the first one. It does get better faster if you follow the rehab.

I had 3 knee replacements on the same knee in 3 years, didn't get any better! I hope none of you have to go thru that.
