Fantastic!

Natural light boudoir portrait in a very small bedroom set for a full format body & 85mm lens. In fact, everything was small, except me!

However, by squeezing myself down & into the corner and thereby allowing more light to bounce from the small window to our left and off the white wall next to and above me, I think I managed to give the photograph a little more depth and space?

raymondh, There is a roundup product that is longer lasting called extended control. The standard product only lasts 30 days, so you can replant if necessary.

Anyone have an environmentally responsible method for keeping the street walkers from infiltrating my bricks? I'm reluctant to saturate it with RoundUp if there's a better option.

Real Nikon Lover, I look forward to your version of the album cover. I'm a 60's guy too!

I like this challenge and I do love that album. Any Herb Alpert or Baja Marimba Band music I grew up with in the 60's.

I'm curious if anybody here has attempted to re-create or create their own version of the album cover for Herb Albert's "Whipped cream and other delights"? Could this be a "Challenge" for this forum?

Glad to see Norton still running the race. I owned a 1973 Norton 850 Commando for 31 years. They advertised it would 125 mph, so that where I took it.

Looks like they are posing for the drone.

Although he states he did not disturb the bears, they sure show an awareness of the drone being there. Somehow, that disturbs me.

Manglesphoto, Your electrical story reminded me of my1999 Ford 450 last year. The same thing brake lights running through the turn signal switch. I thought it was something new, evidently it's been going on for a long time. Oh by the way, love the fix on the steering column bracket, a man after my own heart!

I finally got the brakes working the other day, no images since I had grease up to my elbows, next, electrical one of Cody's guys started on it he actually did pretty good fixing a herd of small problems, like rusty fuse block contacts, rat chewed wires ( not as many as we expected) , replaced the headlight switch, then came the turn signals and brake lights, surprise the B/L switch was still working, connector corroded, The he worked on it for what seemed like forever, he just couldn't wrap his head around the fact that the brake lights also went through the turn signal switch.
With that I went home, this morning Cody told me the turn signal switch was the problem, pulling the steering wheel turned into a fight, I have never had to tighten a steering wheel puller so tight in over 60 years of turn wrenches, got the wheel off and found the switch was falling apart, dismounted the steering column from the dash so Cody Allen could disconnect the wiring, Next the steering column, this truck is a Cab Over Engine and the column has to be able to swivel when the cab is tilted. The attached images should explain this.

I retired a year ago and have been loving life ever since. I am busy everyday with things/activities I want to do. I'm not sure how all this stuff got done when I had to work. It started a few months ago , but when I wake up. I literally have to think about what day it is. I guess I haven't gotten to the point where is doesn't matter what day it is. Oh and the who;e money thing.....it's just money.

Floyd, a good friend of mind had a similar problem with his garage door opener. It all started with installing LED bulbs. When he removed them and put in "Standard" incandescent bulbs the opener worked just fine.

Floyd wrote:
The opener incorporated in my mirror in my SUV used to trigger the door opener from almost a city block away (4 houses); suddenly, it would work from less than 2 houses. Obtained a small, handheld for my older car; it would only work from the end of my driveway (about 20 feet from garage to street).

I made one small change and now the SUV opener begins opening the garage door from 7 houses; the handheld opener starts the opener from 5 houses away.

I had replaced the lights on the motor in the garage with LED lightbulbs; situation resolved by replacing LED bulbs with non LED bulbs. Seems the LED bulbs emit an electrical interference that greatly reduces the remotes capability of communicating with the opener.

I'm guessing that the wrinkles were deliberate and done for effect. I don't have a problem with them but they seem to be a problem for others. Perhaps the wrinkles need to be evenly distributed rather than having clumps of wrinkles separated by relatively flat areas. Perhaps random clumps of wrinkles gives the impression of untidiness as opposed to something that was done deliberately for effect.

The soft lighting has achieved the objective of avoiding harsh highlights, which means that you can now add more contrast if you want. As it is, it's a bit soft contrast-wise, and with the right manipulation of contrast/brightness levels you could strengthen the image while still avoiding harsh highlights.
