About 30 years back in Lindsay, Ontario, a jeweler showed me a Rolex 'knock off' and showed my the action of it. The workmanship was impeccable.
My PowerEX unit is excellent, and I'm very pleased in getting it... I also have some PowerEX rechargeables.
I have a PowerEx battery charger and have used it for several years. It's quite elaborate and allows you to charge/fix four AA or AAA, NiMH or NiCD. It does not do lithium. It is fully configurable and can be used to bring batteries up to full charge level. Some chargers only charge to the minimum capacity of all the batteries being charged, with a slow degradation of the batteries. This repairs that. It's fully programmable. The downside is that it is awfully expensive, about $100 Canadian. Not mine, but similar:

My cousin said that PET (Turdeau Sr.) wasn't fit to eat with the pigs... I stood up for PET, and said he was.
The strip is less than 6" long, and you have an additional 6 hubs... 10 works for me. Three of the hubs are unpopulated.
I've just never turned them off... and I really don't know what they do. It's fabulous hardware, and very useful. I connect computer 'stuff' to it as well as use it for charging USB battery chargers, etc. Flawless...
I just checked... they turn off the hub completely.

I have a 10 port Sabrent USB hub that I've been using for a couple of years and it works perfectly. It can be 'free standing' and used for power only or there is a cable back to the computer so the USB connectors can be USB devices for the computer. Flawless and never had a problem with it. The individual USB ports have 'on/off' switches. I'm not sure what they do; I don't use them. I don't know if they disable the computer connection, or actually turn the USB port 'off'. They are always on.
Alternatively, you can use some DOS (old OS) juju and sort the files by date, even for printing a file. In Windows, you can also sort the files by date by clicking on the date part of the explorer window to sort in ascending or descending order.

I have a directory called 'My_Photos' and have a sub-directory 'Chronology' and a bunch of other 'topics'. In this sub-directory, I have years 2001 to 2027 (for future). In this sub, I have sub-directories '01-Jan' to '12-Dec' and within these, I have sub-directories with 'topics'. I download my camera photos, and photos from others, to these.
The end result is that the Boeing board has made a profit at the cost of other people's lives with no repercussions. That's the real sadness.

But it is very hard on the supervisors/managers, they do worry..... gives many of them premature aging. It's impossible to make the linemen aware of every possible scenario they may encounter.
It's all part of due diligence and training. These can be easily demonstrated to the court. The end result is that safety has impoved, which was the intent of the legislation.

Yea, I know a person who was a supervisor/manager for one hydro concern in Canada.
His responsibility if one of the linemen screwed up and was injured.
No matter how or why he screwed up. Unbelievable.
There has been a great improvement in companies looking after safety since this legislation. In addition, I don't know what the circumstances were, but there could be negligence.

How about the designers and fabricators. They were part of it also.
Forget that someone other than Boeing may actually be responsible.
OR, simply something called an accident.
They can be culpable, but the direction for the actions comes from the board. They are the instigator. If they are criminally liable, then things will improve. In Canada, with construction safety, when managers became responsible, there was a sudden increase in safety.
at any price? Board members should be criminally liable for their actions. If they cost live... they should be charged.
