cotton carriers harness works for me as I have neck and back injuries and they don't bother me now . I carry the Nikon d5000 and my Canon g5 . also a few times I've had a tripod too . good luck. cottoncarrier.com
The Cotton Carrier is great! It takes all of the weight off your shoulders and back and puts it on your hips. Many safety features for your cameras as well. I ordered mine off Ebay and was able to get a few extra things free. Its one of my best investments!!!
I think Optech may be the choice for me. Thanks to everyone for their input. Have a question for anyone - how do these work with flashes attached, or is the use best for outdoors without attached flash? I am thinking of getting one for an upcoming wedding.

I have never used one with a flash attached to the body while working, all my shooting is outdoors, and when I have a flash with me its safe in a vest pocket. I think it would matter as to how much you were moving around during the shoot, that flash is in a pretty vulnerable position if you're not careful.
