Nikon, Pentax, Fuji and others - have now turned their attentions to satisfying their female users with hot pink cameras ... do you think this'll sell?
Nikon 1 J1 Mirror-less 2-lens kit
Pentax K-X APS-C DSLR w/ 18-55
Fuji X-A3 Mirror-less w/ 16-50
No. Although I know someone who would.

There is a new audience out there whose average age is less than 65... times they are a changing.
I am a gal under 65 and I would NOT buy a pink camera - but alas, I am odd and like everything electronic of mine to be black - even my iPhone.
Nothin' new! Gold plated, exotic leather, two-toned! If you have the extra bucks, WHY NOT!
Get a great camera and make a fashion statement.
Not me, but my granddaughters might.
Only if I was a lady! But, obviously they are marketing to female photographers. Maybe long overdue?
I'm not a fan of pink, but I certainly wouldn't mind some other colored camera. Visually, black cameras are kind of boring.
My wife and I were in NYC at my tx doctors. Decided to see some sights. No camera! Stopped at Adorama. Purchased a
Reddish/Pink Samsung P&S They put a charge on the battery while went to Starbucks. Now that camera is always in the center console. Pretty little camera.

no body would take it!! its like those ink pens at the doctors office with the flower taped to it!
The color makes them look like a toy to appeal to kids. Wouldn't buy one.
I know it wouldn't make a difference in skill, but do think anyone with a pink dslr would be taking seriously?
