Anyone consider that the holiday weekend could be getting in the way of Ken checking in with UHH.

I agree that B & H is reputable.

I agree something is not right here. But it could be an error on the part of either party.

Many a UHH member has used the forum to vent their frustrations.

If piling on helps to digest your turkey dinner, so be it. It is not worth getting indigestion over.

It hasn't even been 24 hours.

I had my turkey dinner last weekend.

There is nothing to talk about here, there never was anything to talk about here, unless the OP reports on his conversation with B&H.

Give up. The OP isn't replying to anyone.

If he isn’t going to tell us what B&H said, then there is nothing to see here - and never was.

B&H has credibility while some half baked post does not. A post such as this is shameful.

Credibility, yes. Infallibility, Hell no. It seems folks are always prepared to defend B&H and rarely willing to support someone who criticizes them. Hero worship of an individual or company is deeply problematic in my mind.

Posting the same inquiry theee times in succession, worded slightly different doesn’t increase your odds of a reply. 😖

You just replied when you hit 'quote reply'.

People are just replying with their experience, sometimes for many years, with the company. I had a problem with them once, and they resolved it to my satisfaction. The OP comes in here and bashes them, apparently without trying to resolve it with them first, even gets a response from their rep here to help out, and he just disappears. How do you support that?

And the OP has zero credibility and zero relevance until he tells us what B&H said when he called - which he should have done before posting. Without that information, this thread is pointless.

I agree that B&H is not infallible, but, in my own personal experience, when a mistake is made they really go overboard to make it right. They have even fixed my own mistakes on a couple of occasions. Postings such as the one here can give them a bad reputation that isn't deserved. I only wish all the companies I deal with were as competent at providing customer service as B&H. They get backing here because they deserve it and they earn it, time after time.

I believe people are just relating many positive examples and are surprised at a seemingly poor situation with really no supporting information.

Look, the OP has no obligation to handle the situation the way you and some of these other posters might elect. You folks are not his father (I assume). He can handle it any damn way he pleases and that doesn’t give you sanctimonious bastards the right to tell him what he should have done.
