thanks mr. gizzywacker for doin a great adjustment on that shot .i would like to try stay ing intouch with some people on here, it's a problem to try and have dialogue, the message seems to end up onsomeone elses page. i'm sending this as a direct reply quote. i'll try not burning anymore images.

My lovey neighborhood includes the Great Smoky Mountains. Here is a picture of a bird I took last week during a visit to the Cades Cove area. I am a fan of picnik which I used to photoshop the picture. I do tend to overdo it but would love to be critqued!

In my opinion . . .. this is a little too centered - if you left a little more room to the right of the bird . . . I like the B&W vignette, but it seems like the feathers are a little washed, too - was that your intent? I bought a superzoom so I could get images of these living jewels!

I agree with you completely..I am not a huge photoshop fan. Just thought I'd let you know..you are not the only one with this way of thinking!

I agree with you completely. I am not a huge fan of photoshop, I too like to see the picture as it was taken. Just thought I would let you know, you are not the only one who thinks this way!
