Thank You, so can i just re-install it as long as i am the registered owner? I don't want to goof up and have to re-buy.

You should be able to reinstall without re-registering. Uninstall usually doesn't remove the registration information.

Adobe officially allows you to have your software on two computers at the same time. I found with Elements 11 you can put it on more if you want.

Good advice which I plan to follow. I took 50 pictures at HS Graduation Awards Day, some at 800 and 1600 ISO with my Lumix GX7.. As I look at them in my PSE 12 Organizer (Win 8), all I see is the Time-piece icon in each frame. If I click a Frame, the actual photo comes on the Screen for a few Seconds, then reverts back to the Hour Glass symbol.
I was able to upload them on my iPad and the Mother's Apple Laptop in iPhoto, but graduate's father could not load them on his Dell PC. Suggestions?

I don't know which suggestions you are referring to: delete the Organizer's Preferences file or uninstall Elements. Neither one is the recommended approach when the Organizer displays hourglass thumbnails. This indicates that the thumbnail cache has been corrupted. The first thing you need to do is delete (or rename) the thumbnail cache (thumb.5.cache). Then, when you open the Organizer, this file will be rebuilt.

My Editor suddenly stopped working. The Organizer still functions, but when i go to Editor, the message says Editor has stopped working and Windows is looking for a solution.

Anyone had this problem, or maybe i did something wrong?

Deleting lots of files of pictures that are old and don't want anymore. Maybe this will help. Thanks.

I strongly recommend you follow Ziza's advice first. Sometimes I think Ziza knows more than Adobe about the workings of Elements.

Please, don't follow this route or the RAM route. If RAM were a problem, Elements would have "acted up" from the onset, especially when you used a tool which is a memory hogger such as the Liquify Filter or when you tried to create a panorama (another memory hogger). But you said:

"Suddenly" is the key word here. This usually points towards two culprits: third-party add-ons or a corrupted/damaged Preferences file. You said you hadn't installed any add-ons in Elements. In this case, I would strongly recommend you look into the Preferences file.

There are other troubleshooting steps we could take but I'd rather not bring them into action now.

No, you need to delete the Preferences file. Go back to this post for the instructions how to go about it.

Sorry to be so late in responding. YES, I have had this problem in PSE 8. After much agony I finally discovered that when I had my Western Digital backup drive active (and probably backing up pictures files), Elements was all screwed up, including inability to get the Editor . When I unplugged the backup, Elements went back to its normal operations.
