I wouldn't be caught dead with some of the colors being offered, but that's me.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Hasselblad did the 500c in RED along time ago. It's cool.

First JR1, color has no "U" in it. Second, I'm just using black until something darker comes out.

I'm certainly not taking up for JR, but the UK spelling of color is exactly as JR spelled it WITH a 'u'.

I keep hearing that photography is an art form. I am sure some artists like tools with a colorful look to make a statement. I always thought black was for priests and undertakers.

Even though this post was meant to be a joke they have to turn it into a personal one, thank you, from the P)Ms I receive you and others do more harm to yourselves than I ever could keep it up, one day you will get the message

And "maybe" someday you will learn just how big a jerk you are!!
Guilty of most everything you complain about from others!

The 2-toned ones are pretty neat. But I'm holding out for 3-toned ones. 4 colors would be REALLY awesome!

But are we always talking about the "women"

No we are not. Some men seem to be bigger posers than women nowadays

If theres not a market they wouldn't make them

Come on JR, you must be aware the camera has to match the handbag, shoes and scarf, just ask my wife.

Change the outfit, change the camera? Could be expensive.

First of all, it's simply marketing and JR knows that. There's a fairly large group of younger ones in our rear view mirror for some of us who are old enough to see them.
What I don't get is when someone makes a photography related comment with "tongue in cheek" and a select few start throwing punches. This isn't the first time I've seen this regarding JR.
What gives? Do you guys know each other on a personal, face to face level or what?
Some of us just need to take a "chill pill" including myself and smile.
By the way, colour is spelled with a "u" in Canada as well.

Yes, I know that but I was attempting to keep it simple.
However, thanks anyway for the additional input.

BTW, Lar, exactly where is the 'wet coast'?

I would love a pink camera, I wouldn't think twice about using it as a professional, I think it also depends on your personality and of course what field of photography you specialize in. A wild life photographer most likely wouldn’t have a need or want for a hot pink camera, while a boudoir photographer might be tickled pink over it.

Here you go Annie.
