After quitting skating, I started lighting design at a community theater. As the years passed and my knowledge increased, I did the design for dance companies, various theaters, fashion shows, and ended up as the assistant to the lighting designer at the Regional theater in Atlanta, The Alliance Theater, plus doing other design work, choreography and directing productions.
