In fact the. Putts ruling told those who brought the suit, the law they quoted wasn’t even applicable .

Yup, like a thick brick.

Oh BTW PUTTS is spelled putz. Why the period after, “In fact the”? Was there a person named, PUTTS? Was it his ruling? No comma needed after, suit. You really do need some help. karen krackhead is doing nothing. Perhaps she could squeeze you in for remedial reading and writing classes.

In reading the article you linked To note it never uses the word “ illegals” as you do. So suggest you use proper wording .
The decision and article refers to non citizen or immigrants which this people are . Not illegal but rather a protected class - “ asylees “ pending their immigration court hearing

I personally believe a small number of migrants could be considered asylum seekers but all cannot be. The article was obviously written by someone who believes all are asylum seekers while in reality all are not. If they come across our border without seeking asylum they are illegally in this country and are illegals. I don't believe you think all who cross our border thru the desert rather than a legal crossing point are seeking asylum from evil but I may be wrong on that. Either way I consider those that enter thru 'the desert' or other points that are not considered legal entry points illegals. And in fact they are. If they were seeking asylum they would enter thru legal points.

Too bad the law says otherwise . Congress should fix that.

Immigration patterns and practices have changed drastically over the last several decades due to extreme instabilities, poverty and violence in the southern hemisphere. The only real solution to our border crisis is legislative bipartisan immigration reform. If you truly do want a solution to this problem, you shouldn't care which party or president gets credit.

Not hardly. Executive orders can not override law

“ No executive action, no matter how aggressive, can deliver the significant policy reforms and additional resources Congress can provide and that Republicans rejected. We continue to call on Speaker Johnson and House Republicans to pass the bipartisan deal to secure the border,”

But trumps told republicans not to even vote on any action that could be and of considered a positive for Biden administration. And of course speaker Johnson bent over and squeaked like a pig rather than doing something for America

Answer this lil denny: Is it true that part of Biden's immigration package would allow up to 5000 immigrants to come across the border on a daily basis? Yes or No?

When Pelosi and Schumer told their Left Wing cronies NOT to vote on anything so as to not allow Trump a win, did you speak right up and criticize those people? Why are you always like 100% sticking up for the Left Wing when you tell us you are not a Left Wing supporter? You sure as hell could have fooled me.

No one gets everything they want in a negotiation. The house wouldn’t consider or negotiate it even though it passed senate in bipartisan vote.

The only solution to our immigration problem lies in congress / a congress that is willing to work on a bill in a “ bipartisan manner “.
But trump doesn’t want anything done until he gets there if he gets there . The heck with the countries best interest.

Holy Shit!!!!! Are you really not able to answer the simple question I asked? I simply asked one thing. Does the Biden Bill allow up to 5000 immigrants to cross the border in a single day? Don't you know, can't you answer that one simple question?

The Bill is not good for America.

Now answer the question. Stop screwing around with insignificant trivialities. A simple Yes or No will suffice. Does the Biden Bill allow up to 5000 immigrants to cross the border in a single day?

1. I have no clue why you call it a “Biden bill. “ it was passed in senate on a large bipartisan.

2. In case you don’t understand what a negotiation means. The 5000 number was a going into negotiation number That house could say zero, 1000 2000 etc .

It is clear you want no bill unless it is your bill. But that’s not the way congress works is it.

House or house passes a bill
Senate or house amends opposing chambers bill or passed one of its own
Senate house negotiate
Both chambers reconsider and voted on new negotiated bill

Senate has done their part but on trumps directions house refuses it do it’s part.
And you ? You want nothing done unless it is your way. Heck with the country best interest.

karen is the ONLY resident of Barry's Bay. I am sure there is plenty of room for thousands of freeloaders in her town and from her responses here she is in full support of Canadian taxpayers paying for them in all respects forever, she will welcome them with open arms. I wonder how big a house she has to allow as many as possible to stay with her.

President already has discretion (under the existing law) to address the immediate situation. Obviously not a permanent solution and congress does need to address the issue but I’m curious why it only became a concern after 3 years of chaos. Could it possibly be that polling shows 80% of the population finds the situation intolerable?

You should read “all” of Title 8. Additionally, you may have too much reliance on congressional action as the Simpson-Mazzoli Act was supposed to fix our immigration problems once and for all. That was about 30 million undocumented/illegal immigrants ago.

It is a Biden Bill because in his interviews he has said, My Bill. Did you miss that part?

Trump's directions, you tell us. Do you have actual words from Trump proving it is on his directions OR is that just one more dumb asinine assumption you on the Left make to blame him for something else? Show us Trump's actual words ordering GOP politicians to refuse to go along with the Bill.

Again you lie your Left Wing ass off about what I am saying or have said. I have made no comments at all EXCEPT to ask you about the number of immigrants allowed to come across the border on a daily basis. You TELL us the Senate has approved the Bill. OK then what actual number have they agreed to in writing to allow immigrants to come across the border on a daily basis?

I don't know why you ALWAYS make this shit so hard on yourself. Do you not read well? Don't comprehend well? What??? I asked a very simple question, was the number 5000 immigrants allowed on a daily basis and you still cannot answer the question. Apparently no other Left Winger can either since none of them have stepped forward to answer that one question. What is the problem? Apparently the Senate agreed on a number. AGAIN, what was that number.

Answer the question with a simple Yes or No number. Is it 5000 on a daily basis that was agreed upon?

lil denny forgets it was Biden who personally did away with every Trump EO and made his own provisions of allowing just about every illegal alien to come across our border in numbers of thousands, unprecedented in American history. But now that it is clear the American people are tired of their tax dollars supporting these untold millions of untold millions of illegal freeloaders AND the Presidential election is just a few months away the Biden Administration is now grasping at straws to show it was Trump's fault these Millions of illegal aliens entered America.

Hell, someone has to be the blame for the Left's stupidity and moronic decision of the border being done away with for the past 3 years. Hundreds of years from now the world will still be laughing at Biden's idiocy supported by the Left. Every bit of this is nobody's fault but lying corrupt Socialistic POS Joe Biden and his administration of CLOWNS.
