I predict the Supreme Court will overturn the Colorado decision to remove Trump from the 2024 ballot.

SMH.

The MAJORITY of voters believe that what trump did between between the close of the polls on November 3, 2020, leading up to and on January 6, 2021 was wrong, was against what the US Constitution says, and broke the law.

You happen to be in the minority of voters who continue to support a cult leader, and an Insurrectionist!

The fact that trump has publicly stated that he wants to be a dictator should scare all of you who're in the minority.

If trump were to somehow get reelected, the United States as we've known it for the past 247 years will cease to exist once trump's sworn into office at noon on January 21, 2025.

Do you look forward to the suspension or destruction of the US Constitution, and seeing the United States living under martial law? Because that's the reality of where dictator trump will take the United States IF he ever gets back into office.

His wish to be a dictator for one day is a false statement, he wants to be a dictator for life.

Look at who his idols are.

Kim Jong-un - North Korea
Vladimir Putin - Russia
Recep Erdogan - Turkey
Nicolsa Madero - Venezuela
Abdula Aziz Al Saud - Saudi Arabia
Daniel Ortega - Nicaragua

Would like to live under any of these dictators in any of those countries? If you answer no to any one of them, then you really don't want trump to get back into office.

Wake up to the reality of who and what trump strives to become!

If, as you say, "The MAJORITY of voters believe that what trump did between between the close of the polls on November 3, 2020, leading up to and on January 6, 2021 was wrong, was against what the US Constitution says, and broke the law.", then we have nothing to worry about, do we? Let Trump get on the ballot and then, as you say, the " majority" of voters will elect the Democrat candidate and that will be the end of it. The problem for you and most of the liberals is that you are wrong with your statement that the majority of the voters think Trump is a crook. If that were true, then why are you liberals trying everything to keep him off the ballot?

No matter how much you wish it, trump is no longer QUALIFIED under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to hold any elected office.

Therefore trump should be barred from appearing on all ballots.

That is your opinion, to which you are entitled. We shall see what the highest court in the land has to say.

Well, you have given us a very long and scary list of all the bad things you think MIGHT happen. Guess what? It does not matter because you cannot charge, arrest, convict on what might happen. Sorry, that is just how the Constitution works. You can actively campaign for the candidate of your choice. But the SC will decided if there is a Constitutional violation. Then voters will decided who they want. If what you say is true, then you have nothing to worry about. Trump will be barred either by the SC or the voters. So relax a little and enjoy the new year.

Prediction, Trump will prevail at the SC and will beat Biden. Then the collective heads of all you liberals will explode. Your families will gather up the remains and ship them to North Korea so you can be buried in a country that is closer to your ideological beliefs.

PS I don't think you know what the Minority Report is!

Are you off your rocker?

What part of my warning didn't you understand?

No American citizen would want to move from the United States where freedoms are cherished, to a dictatorial country such as North Korea.

I did a little research on the majority report.

I found a link to a feminist newspaper dating from May of 1971 to April of 1979.

Then there are links to the majority report with Sam Seder which aired from March 2004 to July of 2006 on the Air America network.

Next it was relaunched in 2012, lasting until 2020 on TYT Network.

Apparently it's now only available on iTunes, which limits its audience!

You have perfectly demonstrated the problem you and your ilk have. You see and/or hear only what you want to see and/or hear. You don't try to understand the arguments from other side of the coin.

What I said is 'MINORITY REPORT'
What you read and researched is 'MAJORITY REPORT'

See the difference?

Now, one more time. Your fears and rants are not necessary because, according to you, the SC will rule against Trump thus removing him from the ballot. End of story. But, if for some unimaginable reason the SC rules in favor or Trump, then he will be on the ballot. But, again, according to you, the MAJORITY of voters will see reason and not vote from him. Again, End of Story. You live with the fear that maybe, just maybe, the liberals won't be able to stuff ballot boxes this year or get their dead grannies to the voting booth often enough to make up the difference and your worst nightmares become reality and Trump does indeed win. The solution is simple, move to another country. No one is forcing you to stay. So it looks like a win, win, win scenario for you!

If you are still having a hard time understanding this, please get an adult to read this and explain it using smaller words.

OK, so the minority report is a futuristic Sci-fi film. It's FICTION!

You're living in a dream world if you think that the United States will continue to exist as a democratic republic under trump.

Certainly the court could rule in his favor and he could not be kept off the general election ballot next Nov.
But as far as state primaries go that would depend on the wording of the individual state law concerning primaries would it not??

The court could ( or at least should) not make any ruling that violates state law.

It is usually the other way around. The state cannot make a law that violates or contradicts a SC ruling. The SC is the final say.

You are so obtuse. Can you not make the connection? You are advocating exactly what they are doing in this film. Arrest and convict on events that have not happened. So maybe it is not fiction in your world.

They gave abortion rules back to states with less clear 14A constitutional textual content; what makes you think they wouldn't be consistent and do the same with voting rules?
