I predict the Supreme Court will overturn the Colorado decision to remove Trump from the 2024 b****t.

The "Republicans" your refer to are Never Trumpers and RINOs.
Not a good assumption. If you read my earlier comments in this and a similar line - the two people that raised this issue are law professors that belong to the very conservation Federalist Society. I noted that a number of the current members of the Supreme Court are or were members.
The Federalists believe in a very strict interpretation of the Constitution. So the questions that have to be asked involve the J*** 6 i**********n (noted by the act of Congress giving medals to 4 C*****l p****emen), did his interference to have VP Pence not validate the e******n apply, did his continued denial of the validity of the 2020 e******n apply?
Trump, as all Presidents do, make an oath to uphold the Constitution. I guess you missed his blog answer: “Do you throw the P**********l E******n Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW E******N? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” Trump wrote in a post on the social network T***h Social and accused “Big Tech” of working closely with Democrats. “Our great ‘Founders’ did not want, and would not condone, False & F********t E******ns!”
His comments on the e******n have repeatedly proved wrong. With that he violated his oath of office and should never be considered for the office again.

They impeached Trump days after J** 6. Why did the not impeach for i**********n?

That’s was the charge - inciting an i**********n . The senate v**e was 57 guilty ( including 6 republicans ) and 43 not guilty
So one could say that he already has been found guilty of inciting an i**********n.
Of course 2/3 of each house of congress pardon him.

Why didn't Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer charge Trump with i**********n when they impeached him? Because they knew there was no i**********n.
Unfortunately your opinion doesn't hold water because a Colorado judge has ruled that there was an I**********n on J****** 6, 2021, and the Colorado Supreme Court has ruled that trump is an I**********nist!

What happens if the Florida courts deem Biden has failed to protect us from invasion on our southern border. He should then be removed from office should he not? This opens the door for any jurisdiction to come up with any reason to withdraw someone's name from a b****t or removal from office for federal elected positions. We shall see what the US Supreme Court has to say.

That's very Minority Report of you. Now you have become the Thought Police. We will convict you on what we think you MIGHT do.
SMH.

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment is a
QUALIFICATION issue.
As such, trump is not qualified to appear on the 2024 b****t as a direct result of trump's actions on and after November 3, 2020, leading up to and on J****** 6, 2021.
If an individual isn't qualified based on the US Constitution, then those individuals shouldn't appear on a b****t.

Nothing happens . Policy differences are not disqualifying issues .

Is that an i**********n or r*******n against the US government or not in accordance to his oath of office? If yes, then they should move to do that.

If that happened, Joe and H****r would kick back, light up some smokes and enjoy the comfort of having the DOJ and FBI cover for their Crime Family.

The Colorado action shows just how scared the Democrats are of Trump running for president.
Latest news on how scared the Biden's really are:
According to a Senior DC Law Enforcement Official, the Biden Department of Justice has been diverting extra FBI special agents to go after Trump, his staff and his supporters.
I predict that Trump will be president again.
