They are all your subjective opinion except, possibly "out of focus." Even then, you have to know for sure what the photographer's intent was.

Interesting comments here. Especially from the self appointed expert critics on a purely subjective activity.
The Photo Gallery is full of ad nauseum vacation posts 1. 2, 3..... of the same place, pets, grandkids etc. Thank God the birds were removed or it would be even worse.
But the above said because that is what the Photo Gallery is all about and is not a place for so called, purely subjective reviews by self appointed experts.
It is just to enjoy the FUN of sharing snapshots at all levels without judgement. If a subjective critique is desired it will go to the appropriate section for such.
I enjoy looking and if really moved etc. will comment or add a smiley.
So I will keep posting there my simple snapshots that I like and ignore the negative critiques that are unsolicited and by those who are clueless regarding the photo presented. I like them, I like MY cropping I like all else or I will not post it.

So the person who said the flower was over saturated was not critiquing the photo but offering his subjective opinion, and thus was within the rules of the Photo Gallery section.

there are ways of saying things. Instead of declaring that something is over saturated, I would say something like “the flower seems over saturated to my eyes”.

Saturation is purely subjective.
There is NO proper saturation standard that I am aware of.
You pose the comment in a good way.
There are cameras that as a matter of design seem way over saturated SOC to me but others like the look and that is their choice and desire.

I don’t know about other brands, but for Pentax, marketers seem to have a lot of voice in to setting default parms. After taking a few shots, I adjust the parms, then adjust them more as I find my self making PP adjustments.

There is a photo by "Michael feather Frame" which is a visual cacophony of color until we are directed to see the face in Mask of pain.

This was the original comment that the poster found objectionable:
“I like your work and have been following your postings recently. I like bold, sharp, saturated colors particularly set against a dark background. But I've got to be honest, your sense for saturation in yellow colors exceeds mine. Still like it a lot but would back off a bit if it were mine. Nice job.”
