Because it has no place in a photography forum. And it's a dirty laundry post.
Yet another person upset with life and there going to complain about good companies because there life sucks. So they want to make themselves feel important by smearing someone else because they feel justified doing so.

In my area in Brooklyn NY I find it’s all determined by the driver. UPS was the same driver unless on vacation or out sick and he was/is definitely a proud and cared about his work. FedEx had different drivers and some were downright terrible and careless.

Where I live I get about the same service quality what I don't like is should I have a problem I can call the local UPS group and they will even call a delivery person to see what they did with a package. If I call FedEx, I get a recording and cannot reach alive person. If you order something and they don't give you a tracking number you are out of luck.

FedX sells delivery route franchises. It has been working quite well for them.
Like any other profession, there are some people that are more suited than others for their job.

FedEx delivers earlier than UPS, and I don't recall a FedEx delivery error. UPS often mis-delivers, and that's a nuisance. They have a different driver every day, so they don't know the neighborhood.

I found the difference in UPS and Fedex the local driver. At this time in my aria they are both good. Hopefully they will both seat orb replaced by a good one. Also found that most companies have poor attitude people ( probably still working at home) in customer service. I found if when they answer the phone, you ask them for their name, will try to help more.

Just the opposite for me here in Brooklyn Jerry, most of the FedEx drivers throw the packages onto the stoops even those marked fragile.

FEDX are independent contractors, or working for an independent contractor while UPS are usually Union employees of UPS.
