Gizzy, I totally missed this and would have loved to enter. I have been sick and so not getting on here as much as I would like. Will definitely look for the next one. Good luck to all who entered. Can't wait to see who wins. If it should not be a UHH member, will you be able to post the winning photo?

Yes, Sheila, actually, there will be two contests to be judged tonight. The first will be our camera club's normal monthly contest. And then the tables will be cleared and the 26 or so UHH photos will be placed on the table and assigned numbers. (the back of each photo is marked with the entrant's avatar name) Our club will then make secret ballots on what photo is the best, based on representation of the theme, composition, etc. Voting will continue until there is a clear-cut 1st, 2nd & 3rd place, and tomorrow, I will post the winners on this thread. Thanks for thinking of us.

Pretty cool, huh, Janice? Yeah, DixieLee entered the UHH side of the contest too. But they're separate contests, judged one after the other, and none of the photos are ever identified as to whose photo belongs to whom. And they NEVER turn out like I think they will. Just goes to show how subjective opinions are in the arena of likes and dislikes. It's all in good fun. On the CCCC side, the winners are displayed in a local restauurant each month. I'll post the winners of the UGG side tomorrow. Are you nervous? Tilde thinks she's already been beaten. I didn't enter the UGG side. I've got one in the camera club contest, but it isn't very good.
