I have purchased three lenses from MPB and had two good and one not so good experience. The lenses I have purchased are in remarkably great shape.

Great outfit, great outcomes buying and selling, shutter counts posted and conditions seem understated (positively).

Good experiences selling to mpb and buying from the company. I’ve also been happy buying used from Adorama.

Another MPB buyer and seller who has been satisfied. And will again, no doubt. Definitely recommended.

I have bought from and sold to MPB, once trading some gear I had for a new-to-me camera body, once as a standalone sale, and finally once as a standalone purchase. All were incredibly smooth and trouble free. The equipment you buy or acquire comes with a 7 day no-questions return period, and a six month warranty.

I purchased "like new" and the items were exactly as described.

They are well established in the UK, and are now expanding into the US market. So I found they were the best on price, on both sides of the transaction.

My experience buying from and selling to MPB is the same - very good.

Never again . Last month I purchased a Canon d5 Mark 4 along with an 100-400 mm with an 1.4 ext. and to be honest the camera and lenses were for the most part as advertised but had not really been cleaned as the sensor had some dust . My problem was with the attitude and treatment by the staff . Being a retired vet living on peanuts I looked for the best deal on said lens trying to save where I could . MPB had the best price for lens but Adroma and B&H had better deal on camera . Found all kinds of coupons and discounts and thought to myself with 1 of the discounts it will even out at MPB and I'll get every thing at once and then I can play . Made the call only to be told none of the coupons were valiad So I asked do you give a sr. or vet discount , O yah we love our vets , I got the same discount as everybody else , she was real good at blowing smoke up my ass . After a month of researching for my purchase I just wanted the lens so I made the purchase . I'm enjoying my new kit but MPB left a bad taste in my mouth and in retrospect I should have just bought the lens and bought the rest else where it would have saved me $$ . As veteran I felt very dissrepected and will never do business with them again .

I tried to buy a lens from them. They wanted everything including my first born. They even wanted me to send a copy of a bill that was sent to my home address as proof of where I lived. I was buying it by credit card. I don't get deliveries to my home since I live in a small town, only a P.O. BOX. No mail has my physical address on it. I bought the lens off ebay and have been happy. WAY TOO MUCH TO GO THROUGH MBP.

EXCELLENT advice...

All those sellers often have good used equipment but they do NOT always match up. I have found MPB buys low, I attempted to sell some quality gear and their quotes were low ... they are like a pawn shop online. MPB better for buying than selling to, imo and experience

I haven't bought anything from them yet but I sold my D5600 to them. Good price and money was in my account promptly. I definitely would deal with them again. Zeke

I have bought a camera body and probably half a dozen lenses from them. Their description of the item's condition has always been spot on. I have a lens on it's way here right now from them. I obviously have no problem buying from them.

Only one experience with them, a lens purchase. Lens was as described or better. But shipping was slow. Ordered morning of Friday 1/15, but not in shipper's hands until Wednesday 1/20. Arrived two days later on Friday the 22nd.
