I don't know if I'm supposed to get a payment, but I just checked and there hasn't been a deposit. The IRS does have my banking info because I do have any refunds direct depositied.

I needed to fill out a form on the IRS website with banking information. On their home page look for something like "Get My Payment".
Only took a couple of minutes, and the IRS will verify your submission after you submit.

Just checked and all I get from IRS is: "Payment Status Not Available". We're in Social Security so I guess we don't get one.

I haven't looked into it yet but read a report saying there is a message during that checking process saying something about there is no privacy on the page. Some people said they wouldn't use the site since it says that.

Hi Bill. I'm receiving Social Security as is my wife, and after inputting our info (once for me, and once again for my wife), the IRS validated our submissions. Receiving Social Security doesn't disquality you. Did you click on Get My Payment on the IRS website?
Also, the IRS.gov website is secure (https://) with encrypted HTTP data transferred over a secure connection.

If your like me and pay every year instead of getting a refund the you should go to the irs site so they can get your bank info. If you don’t get a refund they don’t know it and you’ll have to wait for a check.
