R.G. this is quite delightful, thanks. RBorud

Days were when I'd been happy to run that in my kayak (I'm not an over ambitious ww paddler) - but now I'd prefer a video feed to a nearby hotel and some Salmon that swam up the night before.
It's a lovely shot. Full colour wouldn't do it justice, but I don't monochrome would either.
An excellent example of Photography Rule #33, "Fog is the Photographer's Friend."
What an excellent capture. I can feel the mist all around me.
Brings back my days of camping by the river. Nothing like the sound of a river when going to sleep at night.
Love the tones that make up the picture, well done.
That's a really lovely scene, well captured.

Thanks very much for all your comments. I'm undecided about the tilt because the top of the waterfall isn't square on to the camera, but if it looks tilted it might be an idea to go some way towards normalising it. Now that it's been pointed out to me I won't be able to un-see it

kudos, I really like this, the tone, the almost surreal feel, the composition. Well done!!!!! Makes me want to get out on a foggy day....

Thank you Lloyd. It just shows that even on unpromising days it's still possible to get lucky.
