This is where my father-in-law was laid to rest. He served in World War II both Army and Navy. His birthday and mine are of the same day.
Was a friend to anyone. He is missed.

Thank you for your Service Mr. Charlene..

I am humbled and truly honored to view all the photographs submitted to this challenge. I visited our township Veteran's Memorial in our hometown in NJ and I did have one of the Memorial at our community in MD.

To all that have served please accept my deepest gratitude for your service.

Hello All,
First time poster - but an avid reader for a while. Sorry for the lateness of posting the following pictures
but I got behind in getting things done. If I have to I will break them into groups until all are sent.
Break down is:
Pictures of wife's and my dad; 3 of Veterans' Day celebration at Indian Ridge Middle School in El Paso, Tx;
the rest are from the Lubbock Area Veterans War Memorial.
