Yeah, I'm not going to pay $18 for two 2x2 photos. We had our photos done there the first time we got our passports then when I had to get photos for an ID for my certification test and my license for my job the price had doubled. Now they want $18 for them at the stores near me. We had the ones for our passport renewals done this last year for about $5 at Sam's.
If I had a clear wall space or a backdrop that worked I would go on and the template from the State Department and do them myself next time.
