What's up cricket?

Hi Rufe - not much going on - you?

Got grand kids spending the night. Looking forward to playing golf tomorrow. Supposed to be close to 60. Worked around70 hours this week. I'm getting to old for that.

Sounds good! the grandkids, golf, and weather... gonna be 54 here tomorrow BUT we will have 35 mph winds. Anybody is too old to work that many hours, sad so many people have to.

I have done it for years. Hope it's not that windy here.

Hello UHH family... I am still getting the occassional pm that ppl are having trouble finding the challenge... I am trying to keep some consistancy so this issue is resolved quickly SO.... here's my idea... HOST... What if you posted your challenges as follows:

Challenge Freakin' Weekend (date to date)(title of challenge)

Challenge Hump Day (date to date) (title of challenge)

Challenge Hit Me With YOur Best Shot (Freeday)

I guess the consistancy here is to put "Challenge" first so it is eaier to find! I also think it is important to put the entire date that the challenge runs so ppl who have been away or only check with us ocassionally remember to look for the challenge and know that the format has changed. To put up only the day it starts continues to keep it looking like the Daily Challenge... PM me if you have any other ideas! HUGS

Sounds good to me. The only thing I would like to point out is that Tuesday is not really a free day if it is to post the best of what you shot for the two previous challenges. To me free day means free day. Post anything. We may see something that we would like to turn into a challenge.
quote=aleone63 Hello UHH family... I am still get... (show quote)

Well I guess it is a matter of interpretation, because you can post what ever you want... or you can post your best shot from the week... ppl do it all the time... many just post noting to do with the challenge and that works for me... I love seeing what every one comes up with... that is the beauty of photography it is all intrepretation.. like Around the house... some ppl posted things in the house and some posted things outside.... so it is kind of a free day... my thing is just post... you all are amazing and so creative... sometimes I think hmmmm I never thought of that! Than is why we are so great! Like for this challenge Weather... maybe in the course of you looking for a great weather shot you saw something amazing with the perfect lighting and it has nothing to do with the challenge... Hit me with it!

About 250 I live about 200 miles from Westminster. It takes me about 2-2 and a half hours to get there from my house. I live in pueblo. Canon city is 30-45 minutes west from me.

Bushido - If you are willing to drive a bit I will take you west too Southwest I think you will really like the Canon near the royal gorge. Lots of old buildings and ghost towns.

Rufe - Nice photo

Momma Marj - You wont regret it. and if you get LR you should get the plug-ins from onone for lightroom. They have perfect effects and perfect layers for lightroom!

Jim - I see your horsin around again.... Cool!

JFrank - Awesome depth! great photos
