I predict the Supreme Court will overturn the Colorado decision to remove Trump from the 2024 b****t.

The act of i**********n, an uprising against the government, vs. someone simply declaring any individual as an i**********nist without the act of i**********n is what makes your comment a joke.

Did you forget that Colorado DID hold a trial to determine that 1. J****** 6, 2021 was an i**********n. And 2. The Colorado Supreme Court did determine that trump was an i**********nist.

They do not have that authority. If that were the case, any jurisdiction could hold a trial for any political opposition and quote the constitution or federal statutes.

Actually the SCOTUS ruling was that Colorado couldn't exclude trump from the b****t, NOT that Colorado couldn't declare that J****** 6, 2021 was an i**********n, or that trump wasn't an i**********nist!

Some people falsely believe that Trump is an i**********nist because that’s what they want to believe even if it’s not true, which it isn’t.

Nope, it’s false and stop talking about my nuts. When has Trump ever been charging convicted of i**********n?

Trump has been charging all his life and never pays his bills.

No matter how hard you wish it, an individual doesn't need to be charged and convicted to be labeled as an i**********nist.

lol that’s the key word, “labeled”. You can’t stop somebody from running or being on the state b****t just because somebody labels them something they wish them to be. That’s something you f*****t lefty cultists would say and do. Biden is labeled as a p*******e so we should stop him from running too right?

Are you saying that any jurisdiction, regardless of size, can charge someone with a federal crime?

Being "labeled" is just name calling. Being labeled means nothing. Being charge is what matters. Trump has not been charged.

I know when you do not give a straight answer to a question, that is deflection. Something you do a lot of.

Yet a Court in Colorado declared that what happened at the US Capitol Building on J****** 6, 2021 was an i**********n.

The Colorado Supreme Court backed that up and issued a ruling that trump is an i**********nist.

The Colorado Supreme Court isn't a "somebody", are they?

The fact that trump has been legally ruled as a sexual assaulter has escaped your your insular trump supporting cult world?

Why can't you admit that trump has a history of ogling scantily dressed or naked underage girls at his pageants when he walked into their dressing rooms unannounced on multiple occasions? trump even bragged about walking into those pageant dressing rooms unannounced to see the contestants.

I'll take President Biden who loves America and proves it daily as he works to support "we the people" in a heartbeat, over trump who's only out to see what he and his businesses can get out of his actions to the detriment of the country.

T*****r trump belongs in a Federal Prison because of his actions after losing the 2020 e******n, and his deliberate theft of government documents with classified markings, and obstructing the efforts by the National Archives, as well as the FBI and the DOJ to get them back.

Remember that it's been documented with photos released in court documents that those documents were stored on a ballroom stage and in a bathroom accessible by the general public at Mar-A-Lago. And trump has shared some of the contents of those boxes with individuals who didn't have any security clearance to view them, including with foreign nationals.

There's also the problem that two Chinese spies were arrested and convicted because of their breach onto the Mar-A-Lago property.

The so called billionaire isn't able to meet the court ordered settlements in 4 out of 5 cases to date. Over half a BILLION dollars is due, and trump doesn't have the cash to pay up. In the next few days to weeks, multiple courts are going to start seizing trump properties to start settling trump's debts.

Your idol is essentially broke, his donations are down, his businesses are a house of cards which are about to come tumbling down. It was never more than an illusion that trump was rich because trump has hung so much paper on his businesses. trump's self proclamation that he's the "king of debt" is now coming back to haunt him.

A financially strapped, and hugely in debt, candidate is a major National Security risk to the United States. He risks pressure from foreign entities and governments to bend to their wishes and against the best interests of the United States. We already witnessed that happen during trump's term in office when trump bent a knee to Putin, and brushed off Kashoggi's death at the hands of operatives of the Saudi Arabia government.
