NICE ! I guess the air cleaners are coming through the hood ? !
Here is a shot with the hood scoop, before the windshield. White leather interior with white leather covered dash. I always put painters tape around door and hood edges when hanging them. We used the wire wheels to roll it around in the shop and trailer, but the wheels on the unpainted body was the ones the owner liked the best. He owned Ferraris and Lamborghinis and other exotics, but bought the car at a police auction in Chicago and had it transported to us in Colorado, where we found out everything wrong with the car and convinced him to do this with it.

This is the new chassis and drivetrain we put in the 57 Corvette. This could almost be considered an entire new 57, with the exception of the instrument cluster, seat frames and misc hardware and trim.
650hp aluminum 427 SB with Hilborn electronic fuel injection. Tremec 5spd with dual disc clutch and 9"Ford rear, 3.90 gear and four link coil over suspension
SWEET doesn't begin to say it. Nice photos. Thanks keep posting as you finish. BESAFE!!

That is a beauty. My buddy had a 1958 Vette all original, fully restored, matching numbers. Engine was balanced and blue printed by the master Ed Pink. Car was completed in 1982. He sold it in '85 to get married. It had <2000 miles on build. He sold it for something like $3000. I was ready to strangle him for not selling me the car. He did sell it to a collector so that was good. My favorite show as a kid was Route 66. Long live Todd Stiles and Buzz Murdock! Safe travels.
Yee-Haa! This should have some get up & go! I guess it is a 2023-57 corvette.? Have fun.
This is not a corvette anymore , just a kit car .
Timeless beauty. Always takes you back to when cars were cars, immediately identifiable and not production line clones.

Excellent Resto-Mod...
Yes, Resto Mod in the sense that there was still some of the original car, like instrument cluster, seat frames, windshield frame, steering wheel, but also like agillot stated it's a kit car in the sense that just about everything else has been changed with all new technology.
Hope that frame is all solid welded.

Every car is your "kit car" until it is assembled. And, yeah, this is a Corvette!
WOW!!! great setup and shots, Alberio.
Beautiful. Love my Vettes. Need to win Power ball so I can get another one.

Love it. Whichever wheels he chooses (I like the wires better than the Crager style mags), I think he’s gonna need a lot more tire on the rear to put all that power down on the road.
When the Vette first came out, I don't think the "American" driving public, really knew what Chevy was trying to do with the designs and horse power that they had developed in an everyday driving machine.
The first time I saw the Chevrolet Vett, was while watching the old black and white, "Superman" series.
I believe that Clark Kent was driving a 1955 Corvett in the early filming. (I think it was a '55 but it might have even been a 1954 model)!
Anybody know what Kent was driving then?
