I buy these and take for my lunch. It says right on the package to microwave for 3.5 minutes, once it is done now you have to stir in the cheese packet which will take approx. 1 minute.
Here is my Process:
All times are approx except for the microwave.
get Macaroni from cupboard 3 seconds
open 1 second
remove cheese packet 1 second
fill to line with water 5 seconds
Microwave 3.5 minutes
add cheese packet 2 seconds
stir to mix cheese 1 minute
eat 5 minutes
total time from start to finish is approx 9 minutes 42 seconds your time may vary.
without the time for consuming the item it is approx 4 minutes and 42 seconds.
I buy these and take for my lunch. It says right ... (

Wow! NoO wonder she's suing!
If you take a picture of someone in a compromising situation and blackmail them - It's highly illegal and could subject you to a substantial fine &/or jail time.
A lawsuit is nothing more than legalized blackmail. Even if the company is 100% innocent they would probably pay $1 million to settle a $5 million lawsuit rather than deal with a lengthy and expensive lawsuit.
I HATE DOUBLE STANDARDS!
Lawyers and plaintiffs should pay a heavy price for these nonsense lawsuits.
Justice would be for her to pay for all legal costs and for Kraft to refund the cost of her box of junk food.

Good thing you put a "your time may vary" disclaimer on this, else you would be sued!

I think someone has to pay for the cost of the court, judge, bailiff, stenographer, etc.
Frivolous law suits are very commonplace. I heard of a prisone inmate who had broken some rules and was placed in a special housing unit. While there he broke more rules and was placed on sack/bag meals. He filed a lawsuit for cruel and unusual treatment because his bag lunch contained broken cookies.
The case was thrown out.
I don't understand. When you want to sue someone you have to pay first and it's not cheap isn't it? Unless you have a case where the law firm feels they are sure to win and take on the case and take the cut after they win. But in frivolous case where the law firm doesn't see they can win don't you have to pay them first and pay them big to pursue the lawsuit?
I don't know why she is complaining. She obviously has plenty of time to waste

Well, ya give a mil to the corrupt judge, a mil to the corrupt lawyers, a mil to the corrupt insurance lawyers, keep a mil for yourself and still have a mil for expenses and throw around money.
I see this item turning up on TV and YouTube. She'll probably get a book deal and a movie out of this and make millions. 😂
