Good morning all from a sunny Norfolk, a cold wind blowing so only 9C. Chip shop dinner today as DH has an appointment right on dinner time. Not a lot else on the agenda. Boiler man coming first thing in the morning, yes the heating is on, don't think I've got enough flesh on me to keep warm. Have a good day if you can. xx

Good on both counts. Someone else does the cooking and the boiler man is coming.
Our heating has been on too.

Let me just say that Lowes customer service has gone way down hill, but I have a washer coming Tuesday…..still aggravated I had to drive 25 miles one way to buy the same washer I had purchased online and over the phone were telling me that they didn’t have any in stock yet………..

I'm surprised at that. I haven't tried to purchase anything from Lowes since before the pandemic, but they were good then.
Sorry that you had to work around online inventory mismatch. No excuse for that. Their sales and inventory systems are connected.

I’ve had a very lazy day today. Lazier than normal and that’s pushing it!. Josephine and me had a video watts app and talked like we hadn’t just seen each other.I don’t know what happens! We just talk and talk. She’s been makin some patchwork and showed me it , it looks lovely 😊 she brought me a couple of patchwork 🥣 bowls when she came. Very pretty.

Stephen texted to see if I wanted any shopping but I was ok. He said coffee ☕️ was on offer at Tesco. $1 a tin. He got me another dozen. They went out to a national tut building and had cream tea and scones. There’s no filling them two. They bought my coffee and Stephen washed my hair. He the best at it. He be. Good bread 🍞 maker. He has h umph. I’m still not fussy on my cut.

I’ve texted Karen and she’s fine and I’m going in there tomorrow. I got a text from Richard. He has a new dvd 📀 about elvis and his life story.so I’m going up next weekend. I don’t think mom an dad are invited haha. I’ll get some sweets 🍭 and we’ll be fine. I’m no sue what day. It depends what night Matthew’s not at work.

No more to say today, I started my new medication 💊 this morning so we’ll see what or if anything it does for me. .stay safe love and hugs.

One good thing about hair cuts, they grow back. Then you can try something different.
Mum ended up cutting her own hair. She tried to find someone to do it but everyone was booked weeks in advance. She always re-cuts after she has someone do it, so I suggested that she skip the other person and do it herself. She's quite pleased with it.
I hope your new medication makes you feel better.

Morning. Good for you a break from cooking today. Hope you enjoy the chip shop food.

It wasn't too bad, scampi and chips and as I'd got everything out the freezer before I realised what time DH's appointment was so have made a stew for tomorrow so that's all ready. xx

I haven’t gone to s and b today. The two girls that I sit with weren’t going, they are both on their holidays. I could join someone else, but I can’t be bothered. Karen texted me, did I need a drink? Of course I did! Had good bit chat and told her just what Josephine and me got up to last week. I got an extra cuddle from Brie, the 🐶 I think she’d missed me, or it could have been the treats in my pocket…..

The weathers better this afternoon than morning. It really is vest wearing weather today. Andrew had been to the beach 🏖 to take Brie for a walk and he said he froze. He still wears shorts 🩳 so they don’t help. I dropped some chocolate 🍫 ice 🧊 lolly on my iPad, so I’ve had to get it off.

Hugs to all and you especially poorly sisters 👯‍♀️. Stay safe, love yawl. Xxx

Morning from my little corner of the world. It is cold, damp, raining, thundering, and lightning. At times during the day I have a bit of time where I can be up playing on the computer or watching t.v. This morning I spend my time chatting with idiots online at Walmart. Then I decided I would prefer to talk to a loving caring special group of ladies and here I am.
Missing June. Sending loving caring thought.
Hope the rest of us under the weather are improving and will be fit as a fiddle a.s.a.p.

It’s great that you’re back with us. It makes me happy. I know what you mean about June, we missed her at whitby last week. I just send a little message now and again on watts app, and usually it’s read by someone, I hope it’s her.

Thanks 🙏 mav, I’ve taken my second day of the new ones. I’m tired, but always am. It’s too early to say. But weather you lovely girls want my results of them or not, you’ll be kept up to date.

Good morning from a 55F and partly cloudy Shoreline area. No plans again today so will see what comes along. I hope everyone is staying safe and well. Sending healing thoughts and hugs to those who need them and also to those who don't. I hope everyone having a good day. I miss June a lot, too. xxxooo

Dh worked for lowes for almost 20 years and it has went downhill since all this, I know supply issues isn’t their fault but the way they handled it is and their deliveries have gone third party so that’s not helpful either!

We always switch the heat off before we go to bed unless temperatures are really low. xx
