Yeah, I don't know what that was all about. This was at The Magic Fluke, in Sheffield, MA. They make an assortment of very good ukuleles, all from local materials.

It would be a great place to put on ones shoes and socks. I have a chair in the bedroom, but is our bathroom allowed this would be a consideration. Needs change with age.

If the bathroom is near a bedroom closet the bench might be used for someone to put on their shoes?
