Thanks everyone for commenting and I will play around with the exposure some more on the one's mentioned. I included both the fast shutter and slow shutter since I do like both and I am still learning the slow shutter with the filters...so these waterfalls and creeks give me the perfect opportunity for a learning experience.

I respect your right to disagree. My opinion remains as stated. I've never referred to the technique as milky water, cotton wool, or shaving foam and don't see it that way. To summarize, some people like slow shutter speed and some don't.

Yes - of course. I would really have liked to see a fast shutter shot of #7 - I wonder if you did it?

These are all magnificent. I think I like number seven the best the tall slender waterfall. Very well done. Fran

I'm a fan of natural waterfalls and you captured them well. Whipped cream just doesn't make it for me somehow

This past week we have been out horn hunting in various area's and came across so many waterfalls! Just love this time of year...here are a few. I know some people like the silky look to the water and some don't so here are a few of each.

Let me know which one's you like best and if there is anything I can do to improve them!

Great set.

I really like the flowing water, Cindy! BTW I am not a silky fan, so thanks for including both.

Like UTMike, I am not a milky (not silky) fan. I prefer all that were taken without the ND filters.

Beautiful shots Cindy, my vote is for the slower shutter speeds that show the movement of the water.
