This is still America. We do not k**l people, well one Lt. of the C*****l P****e does, for r**ting and malicious mischief until those actions endanger the lives of others or will cause great bodily harm.
Yes I realize the line can be very thin at times. Personally I feel that someone setting fire to a store or other building should be shot as that action does give reason to believe death or great bodily injury may follow.
